Touchless switch for embedding in an aluminum profile
Supply voltage:
12 V DC /constant voltage e.g. from a LED lamp power supply/
Output voltage:
12 V DC
State after power failure:
off
Maximum power of controlled lamps:
20 W
Maximum current output:
1.6 A
Type of sensor:
The infrared transmitter-receiver checks for the presence of reflected light. The sensor, extended on wires approximately 10 cm long, can be placed in a convenient location. The switch is mounted in the form of an unencased PCB for installation in the aluminum profile of the LED strip.
Operating temperature:
between -10°C and + 40°C
Main structural features:
the switch is in the form of a printed circuit board (PCB) withdimensions of 10x49mm allowing placement in the aluminum profile between the LED strip and the power supply. The board has a contact area allowing the soldering of connection wires from the power supply and to the LED strip.
Declarations:
RoHS, CE
Warranty:
2 years
The device is intendedfor turning on and offLED lightingtouchlessly. It can be used in an aluminum profile covered with a shade. Control via infrared sensor.2 modes of operation: - sequential on/off, or -presence control e.g. for a drawer. The switch is invisiblefrom the outside of the housing. The IR sensor must be extendedoutside the housing of the aluminum profile.
The principle of operation allows selecting one of two operating modes:
1. Bringing an object close - e.g. a hand within a few cm of the sensor turns on the LED strip. Bringing it close again turns off the light.
2. The sensor turns off the lighting in the absence of an object (e.g. cabinet door). Closing the door causes the lighting to turn off.
The operating mode is selected by a sliding switch.
