Cut the LED COB/SMD tape at the designated point

Remove the protective layer of glue from the area where the connector will be

Insert pieces of tape (or an additional wire) into the selected holes, so that the copper contacts of the tape are under the clamps of the connector.

After positioning all the tapes (or an additional wire) in the connector, we clamp the metal connectors, e.g., with pliers.
